CHI Health St. Elizabeth

I, myself, was born at this hospital and I also had my daughter here..giving birth at CHI St. Elizabeth’s in Lincoln was well worth the drive for me, and if I ever have another baby I don’t care where I’m at, I’ll go there. Dr. Klayum was so attentive and listened to my every wish and concern during my pregnancy and birth. I was in labor for 39 hours (I was induced due to low amniotic fluid) before I delivered and the whole time my husband and I were able to have 3 meals a day, i got to labor in the jacuzzi tub, walk around, use the yoga ball or peanut ball, or lay in bed whenever I wanted to..an unlimited number of my family was able to be in the room as often as I wanted (even for delivery!), I was frequently checked on during my stay, I got to stay in the PP unit with a queen size bed and a snack/drink room (as well as the 3 meals a day) for up to 3 days after giving birth, a lactation consultants visited, the nurses were nothing short of amazing and supportive..I could go on and on praising their hospital and staff. I highly recommend them! My sister has had 2 babies in Omaha at different locations and has not had a good experience with either hospital.

Horrible staff and DR. The security guard Scott also abuses his power of authority. I hate this horrible hospital and the staff clearly just seeking a check by medical insurance as they run pointless tests and send you home in the same shape you came. Bryan ain’t no better and these hospitals know people are forced to deal. Bbb report to follow

CHI St. Elizabeth, Lincoln is a beautiful hospital! Very friendly staff and volunteers! I was so impressed with the friendly doctors and nurses. They all seemed so relaxed, and upbeat, while at the same time being professional. The hospital is easy to navigate, and there is always someone offering to assist or help you. Love the ease of getting around in the wide spacious halls and waiting areas. The interior is modern and well maintained. The atmosphere is more 'hotel' than sterile 'medicinal'. It's a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely nicer than some of the hectic, crowded, bustling hospitals of Omaha! My visit went perfect from start to finish. Thank you Dr. Robinson and CHI staff, I really appreciate you and all you'vedone for me!

Disappointed in the billing department. They billed us for two days of "nursery" after our daughter was born. Not only was the incorrect it was also sent months after she was born. After calling to dispute this charge I was told incorrect information on how to appeal the charge. After I thought it was resolved I received another bill a couple months after I originally thought I appealed. Called again and figure out the actual appeal process. I waited for their decision or any other communication and heard none, figured they resolved. No the sent the original bill to collections. Again this was charge that incorrect....I spoke to no one regarding in the whole process besides the billing department who first told me how to incorrectly file the dispute then again how to actually appeal the bill. Couldn't talk or reach anyone that had any actual power

Easy to book appointment online and answer pre-checkin questions. Excellent reserve parking for women’s health services just outside the front door. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and they run ON TIME!! I would HIGHLY recommend! Frustrating Experience at Saint Elizabeth My wife's experience at [Saint Elizabetg] was incredibly frustrating. Despite assurances of prompt service, she was kept waiting for an ultrasound that took an eternity to come back, with no updates provided. The lack of communication and prolonged wait time were unacceptable. I urge the management of [Saint Elizabetho] to address and improve the communication and wait times for ultrasounds to ensure a better experience for patients in the future.

Just had another surgery at Lincoln Surgical Center, the staff is so kind and considerate, and doesn’t just get to know you but your family. I have known Dr. Dugas for 5 years, and he has always treated me with respect and compassion, as well as the whole medical team at the Surgical Center. The nursing team takes amazing care of your comfortability, including heated blankets, ice packs, poking needles, etc. Thank you for another wonderful experience Lincoln Surgical Center!
